Terms of Use

By using nexusgolfrecruiting.com (the “Service”), operated by Nexus Golf Recruiting (“we,” “us”), creating an account, or checking the agreement box at sign-up, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which sets out exactly what information we collect and how we use it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nexus Golf Recruiting is a recruiting analytics platform. It helps junior golfers and their families evaluate realistic fit for college golf programs: you enter your stats, and the Service compares them against data on real college teams across NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA programs to produce fit scores, AI-generated analysis, a coach directory, a tournament finder and scheduler, coach-outreach email drafts, and a recruiting resume builder.

Nexus is not a recruiting service, placement agency, or agent. We do not represent players, contact coaches on your behalf, or negotiate anything for you. The Email Hub drafts messages that you review and send from your own email account; the platform never sends anything to a coach for you. We are also not a college-admissions, eligibility, or compliance advisor.

Nexus is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, the AJGA, the USGA, any tour, tournament organizer, or any school, program, or coach whose publicly available information appears in the directory. All school, association, and event names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify that organization's publicly available information. A listing on Nexus does not imply any relationship, and none should be inferred.

School, program, coach, roster, scholarship, and tournament information on the Service (including dates, deadlines, contact details, scoring data, and academic figures) is aggregated from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Before you email a coach, book travel, register for an event, or make any decision that costs money or time, confirm the details with the school's athletics department or the tournament organizer directly.

We work to keep the data fresh, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, and we are not responsible for costs or losses that result from relying on it, including missed deadlines, misdirected outreach, or travel to a rescheduled or cancelled event.

The Service takes the stats you enter about a junior golfer and produces estimates: fit scores against college programs, division-level context, scholarship and academic context, AI-written analysis and comparisons, and suggested next steps.

These are estimates based on unverified information. They are generated by formulas and automated systems from the details you enter. We do not verify those details, we do not see the player swing or compete, and real recruiting depends on many things a score cannot measure. The estimates can be wrong, and outcomes vary widely between players with similar inputs.

They are not a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing on the Service guarantees, predicts, or promises any recruiting result, roster spot, scholarship, financial aid, admission, athletic result, or response from any coach or program. School names, divisions, and scores shown are illustrative context, not commitments by Nexus or by any school, coach, or association.

They are not professional advice. The Service is not recruiting, coaching, financial, admissions, eligibility, or educational advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified advisor. Before making decisions that cost money or time (coaching, travel, tournament schedules, or college choices), get independent advice and verify eligibility and recruiting rules with the relevant governing body and school.

No reliance. You are responsible for the decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus is not liable for any decision made, money or time spent, or opportunity gained or lost based on the Service's scores, analysis, or recommendations.

Parts of the Service are generated by automated AI systems, including fit analysis, school comparisons, coach-outreach email drafts, and resume text. This content is produced by algorithms and AI models, not by a human evaluator, recruiter, or coach, and like any automated system it can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing anything the Service generates before you use it — especially before sending an email to a coach or sharing a resume. Verify any fact that matters to a decision, including coach contact information, scholarship figures, and NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA eligibility and recruiting rules, with the official school or governing body.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms, agree to them on your behalf, and consent to your use of the Service. A parent or legal guardian may also create and manage an account for a player under 18. Children under 13 may not use the Service or create an account, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If you provide information about a junior golfer other than yourself, you confirm that you are that player's parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person (or one player-family). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice, and we may decline to offer the Service to anyone at our discretion.

Parts of the Service are free; premium features require a paid subscription. Current prices, billing intervals, and any promotional pricing are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Your subscription renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. Promotional pricing (including founding-member discounts) applies for the period stated at checkout; we will give you notice before a renewal price increases.

Cancel anytime; no refunds. You can cancel from your Account page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your premium access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not give prorated refunds or credits for partial periods.

AI-powered features are subject to fair-use rate limits to keep the Service available for everyone.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-collect data. No automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or systematic enumeration of school, coach, roster, or tournament data, or any other Service content, whether by script, bot, or manual bulk collection. The Service enforces rate limits; attempting to evade them (rotating IPs, creating multiple accounts, or similar) is a violation of these terms.
• Misuse coach contact information. Coach contact details are provided for genuine recruiting correspondence between players (or their families) and college programs. Using them for marketing, mass email, resale, list-building, or any purpose other than individual recruiting correspondence is prohibited.
• Submit false information to manipulate scores, analysis, or materials you present to schools or coaches.
• Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Nexus or any school, program, or organization listed on the Service.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of the information you submit to the Service (stats, profile details, photos, resume information, and links to highlight videos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that information solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to compute fit scores, generate analysis and resume text, and display your profile back to you. You represent that you have the right to submit it, including, where it concerns a player under 18, that you are authorized as described in Section 6.

The Service links out to schools, athletics departments, tournament organizers, and video-hosting sites, and coach outreach happens through your own email provider. Those sites and services are run by third parties we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Nexus.

The Service, including its design, text, software, and the selection and arrangement of its data, is owned by Nexus Golf Recruiting and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We claim no ownership over underlying facts (school names, tournament dates, and so on) or over third-party trademarks, which belong to their owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these terms.

The directory compiles information about college golf programs, coaches, and rosters, including names, roles, and institutional contact details, from publicly available sources such as official athletics-department websites. A listing is provided for informational and legitimate recruiting-correspondence purposes only. A listing does not mean the coach, program, or school endorses, sponsors, is affiliated with, or has any relationship with Nexus, and none should be implied. Contact information may be outdated or incorrect; verify with the school before relying on it. If you are a coach or represent an institution and a listing is inaccurate or you want it removed, email team@nexusgolfrecruiting.com from an institutional address and we will correct or remove it.

The Service, including the directory, fit scores, AI analysis, tournament scheduler, email drafts, resume builder, and all other content and estimates, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that directory information is accurate or current (see Section 3), or that any score or estimate is accurate, complete, or predictive of any outcome (see Section 4).

Assumption of risk. You use the Service, and make all recruiting, outreach, tournament, travel, financial, and college decisions, at your own risk, based on your own judgment and independent verification. Nexus does not control schools, coaches, tournament organizers, or governing bodies, and is not responsible for their decisions, actions, requirements, or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Golf Recruiting and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost scholarships or roster spots, missed tournament entries or deadlines, travel costs, or reliance on any listing, score, or estimate, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in those cases our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. These limits are a fundamental basis of the bargain and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Golf Recruiting and its owners, operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right; (c) your misuse of coach or institution contact information or of content you send to coaches or schools; or (d) information you submit about a minor, including your confirmation that you are authorized to provide it. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

Except for (a) small-claims-court matters and (b) requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or the integrity of the Service, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Texas (or by video or phone at the claimant's option), rather than in court. You and Nexus each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis; the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing team@nexusgolfrecruiting.com with your account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this section does not apply and disputes proceed in the courts identified in the governing-law section.

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at team@nexusgolfrecruiting.com with: (1) your signature (physical or electronic); (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to infringe and its location on the Service; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will respond as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including removing infringing material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including deleting your account, if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or misuse directory data. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time, and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 4, 5, 9, and 11 through 19 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, any dispute that proceeds in court will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and we will flag material changes rather than bury them. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
